A blog for Me...... so I have somewhere to put down idea's, inspiration and whatever else grabs my fancy. I don't use measuring cups or fancy equipment, I use imagination mostly. I am not a chef just a happy-go-lucky home cook for 3 fussy guys.

1Kg fresh mussles
1 bag fresh bread crumbs
garlicfresh herbs (parsley and dill is what I used)
Mozarella Cheese
1 sachet woolies cheese and wholegrain mustard sauce
fresh cream
lemon
Lay the mussles on a tray side by side. Smother them in the woolies sauce and layer slices of cheese over them. Then in a pot fry the garlic in a little butter, add bread crumbs and brown them. Toss in herbs. Sprinkle the crumbs over the mussles, a nice thick layer.
bake for 20 min at about 200, take out and drizzle with cream and loads of lemon. Eat while hot!
